  COST OF LIVING

Sublette County

The cost of living in Sublette County has been
increasing Since 2000, the year the State of
Wyoming's
Department of Administration and
Information Economic Analysis Division
began tabulating the figure. Except for
national data, all Cost of Living data is from
the State of Wyoming.  To obtain this data,
state officials travel to each county and
investigate costs associated with six different
categories of needs.

On average, it costs about 19% more to live in
Sublette County than the rest of Wyoming, a
cost of living second only to Teton County.

As the graphs at right illustrate, the cost of
housing is among the most expensive items in
Sublette County.  Housing rentals and sales
are about 32% more expensive than the
Wyoming Average.
